Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC is recalling 93,997 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles from model years 2022 through 2026 due to a rearview camera drainage problem. Water may not drain properly from the rearview camera because of insufficient drain holes, which can cause damage to the camera.

If the rearview camera image does not display, the driver’s view behind the vehicle is reduced, increasing the risk of a crash.

What is the recall fix?

Dealers will drill additional drain holes in the underside of the tailgate trim to improve water drainage. They will also inspect the rearview camera and replace it if necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge.

When will owners be notified?

Interim letters informing owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed on December 11, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final repair is available. Owners can contact Land Rover customer service at 800-637-6837 for more information.
